Is the homepage mockup really free?
Yes. We design a mockup of your new homepage first. You pay only if you approve it and want it launched.
Do you guarantee rankings, patients or leads?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee Google rankings or lead volume. We build on proven basics (speed, clear calls to action, tracking) and report results plainly every month.
Are your portfolio sites real clients?
No. The three portfolio sites are demo builds for fictional businesses so you can see our work. We are a new agency, and we will only show client results and reviews once they are real.
Can you work with healthcare clinics?
Yes, for websites and ads. We do not put patient health information into marketing forms or ad tracking, and we follow Google's healthcare ad policies. If you need patient intake online, we connect a HIPAA-ready tool your practice already uses.
What does $29/month cover?
Hosting, SSL, security and software updates, backups and small content edits.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Microsoft. Our fee covers setup and management.
Contracts?
Monthly plans. Cancel with 30 days' notice. You own your domain, content and ad accounts.
Can patients book online?
Yes. We add a booking button that links to your existing scheduler (for example your practice-management system's online booking).
Is the site HIPAA compliant?
Marketing pages shouldn't collect health information, so our forms only ask for name and contact details. For online intake we link to a HIPAA-ready tool your practice already uses.
Can you move my current site?
Yes. We keep your domain and redirect old pages so you don't lose search traffic.
How much should we spend?
Most single-location clinics test with $20-50 a day. Use our free break-even calculator to see what a click is worth to you.
Do you guarantee patients?
No. We guarantee the work (setup, tracking, weekly optimization), not the outcome.
Who owns the account?
You do. We work inside your account with manager access.
Do you need to rebuild my site?
No. We support the site you have. If it's beyond saving we'll say so and quote a rebuild.
What if an update breaks something?
We restore from backup and fix it before trying again.
Can you speed up a slow site?
Usually, yes. We measure before and after and share both numbers.
Can you add city pages?
Yes. One page per area you serve, each with useful local details, not copy-pasted text.
Do you run ads for home services?
Yes, Google and Microsoft search ads, managed from $300/mo plus ad spend.

What exactly is the discount?
50% off setup and your first month of the monthly plan free. Normal prices apply after that.
Do I have to leave a good review?
No. We ask for an honest review, good or bad, after launch. We never write or edit reviews for you.
